Q & A with Susun Weed ...
Type 2 Diabetes, Polyphenols, Greens, Exercise
Susun answers a question on blog talk radio from a woman dealing with type 2 diabetes looking for options. This woman is on insulin and has become resistant to the insulin and is 100 pounds over weight. Susun suggests polyphenols as they act like fiber in the gut and help to counter diabetes. Susun gives some yummy suggestions containing polyphenols including a recipe for hot chocolate. Susun says all greens increase our sense of being satiated like in nettle infusion and well cooked leafy greens. Even 100 calories less a day has an impact on blood sugar. They talk about simple exercise options such as walking, taking the stairs and parking further distance to get in a good walk.
