Beginning Menopause

Susun answers a question on blog talk radio from a caller with beginning menopause symptoms. Susun talks about the three cycles of women's lives, maiden, mother and crone. She explains the 29 estrogens women produce our whole lives and at puberty a 30th kind of estrogen comes into play, estradiol. The woman is drinking her nourishing herbal infusions, and talks about her diet. Susun gives her suggestions to help the symptoms, including using yarrow tincture to kill bacteria on face that cause acne.
